Poppy panel made from a beautiful sheet of vintage Uroboros glass with a seedy clear background that casts a whimsical refraction. The colorful patterns and textures in the glass make this panel truly one of a kind. I got this sheet of glass from a retired artist last year and knew it needed to be a big flower. It is a wonderful feeling to have your idea become reality and I am so pleased with the results.

For best display, this piece should be hung in a window where it can be backlit naturally by the sun to show the full range of colors.

For shipping, I will build a crate and ship it second day air via UPS with insurance. This will be an additional $200.

Stained glass pieces are made using lead and are not meant to be handled excessively. The solder lines are coated in a protective wax, however to be safe, avoid excess handling and wash hands well after hanging.

Avoid using suction cups to hang your glass art as pieces are heavy and suction cups will pull away over time.

Do not use harsh cleaners on your piece. Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary. The solder lines may dull over time. To spruce up a piece, use a carnuba-based wax, let it dry, and buff to a shine. Feel free to email me with care questions.
